Job summary

Morson Human Resources Limited is seeking an HRIS Analyst in City of London to support the Workday implementation and ongoing HR systems optimisation. The role is hybrid—three days in the office and two from home—offering a vantage point in a major HR transformation.

The successful candidate will manage Workday configurations, security and reporting, ensuring data integrity and stakeholder satisfaction. DOE salary and a path to long-term HR technology leadership are on offer.

Qualifications

• Experience working in an HRIS or HR Systems environment.
• Strong knowledge of Workday and its modules.
• Experience supporting or delivering Workday implementations is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience producing HR reporting and management information.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the ongoing development and management of the HR technology landscape.
• Administer and maintain HR systems to ensure security and efficiency.
• Configure systems, manage security and user access.
• Deliver system enhancements and continuous improvements.
• Produce HR reporting and management information for stakeholders.
• Support reporting across recruitment, diversity and workforce metrics.
