Job summary

NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) is seeking two People Systems and Transformation Advisors to help implement the Future NHS Workforce Solution and optimise HR processes across the organisation. You will collaborate with HR, payroll and business leaders to redesign workflows, enhance efficiency and improve colleague experiences.

You will champion new ways of working, ensure effective adoption of the HR system, and build strong partnerships with stakeholders while operating in a dynamic,

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent qualification and experience.
• CIPD Associate membership is desirable or equivalent HR qualification.
• Experience advising on HR policies, processes and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead process redesign activities and develop future-state processes that maximise system capability.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand challenges and co-design effective solutions.
• Drive improvements in efficiency, quality and colleague experience across the transformation journey.
• Support change management to help colleagues adopt new processes and technology.
• Own and deliver multiple priorities within a changing environment.
