Job summary

East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced change professional to support the local implementation of the NHS People Portal, leading business process change, readiness and benefits realisation across the organisation.

You will collaborate with People Services, Digital and Finance, assess impact, support process redesign, drive adoption and help embed new ways of working ahead of go-live while coordinating training and communications strategies.

Responsibilities

• Assess change impacts and identify required organisation-wide adaptations.
• Support process redesign and align with the future 'to be' model.
• Engage stakeholders and drive adoption across the organisation.
• Coordinate inputs for local configuration and readiness plans.
• Develop and implement training and communications strategies.
• Support benefits tracking and reporting to the national programme.
