Job summary

Michael Page UK is recruiting an HR Systems Project Manager to lead a high-impact transformation across HRIS, payroll and rewards. You will work with senior leaders in a fast-changing telecoms business in Manchester, steering delivery from initiation through to successful implementation.

• Proven experience delivering HR systems transformation and implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS, payroll, benefits and rewards systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of HR systems transformation projects from initiation through to implementation.
• Manage transitions of HR systems and processes to new standalone solutions with minimal disruption.
• Collaborate with HR, IT and senior stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, resources and dependencies.
• Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers to deliver new systems.
• Provide regular progress updates and risk mitigation reporting.
