Job summary

Hunter Selection is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of HR systems and business change initiatives across a professional environment. You will own end-to-end delivery of HRIS and related transformation projects, working with senior stakeholders across HR, Finance, Payroll, IT and Operations to implement new systems and drive organisational change.

• Oversee testing, go-live activities and transition to BAU support.

Project Manager (HRIS & Business Change) 80k- 90k - central London (Hybrid)

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a growing transformation team, leading the delivery of HR systems and business change initiatives across a professional environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of high-profile projects from inception through to successful delivery. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across HR, Finance, Payroll, IT, and Operations to implement new systems, improve processes, and drive organisational change.

What You'll Be Doing as the Project Manager

• Leading end-to-end delivery of HR systems and business transformation projects.
• Managing project scope, budgets, timelines, risks, and resources.
• Working with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver successful outcomes.
• Managing third-party suppliers and implementation partners.
• Coordinating testing, go-live activities and transition into business-as-usual support.
• Creating and delivering communication, training, and change adoption plans.
• Providing regular project reporting and governance updates to senior stakeholders.

What We're Looking For in the Project Manager

• Proven experience delivering HRIS, HR technology, ERP, and business change projects.
• Strong project management experience across the full project lifecycle.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams and competing priorities.
• Strong supplier and vendor management experience.
• Demonstrable change management and user adoption experience.

Nice To Have

• Experience implementing HR, payroll, workforce management, or people platforms.
• Formal project management qualifications such as PRINCE2, Agile, PMP, or APM.
• Experience working within a professional services or highly regulated environment.
