Job summary

Claranet is seeking a motivated HR & Systems Coordinator to deliver high-quality HR administration and act as the Sage People expert. You will manage employee data, assist with payroll inputs and benefits, and provide system guidance across the HR team.

The role involves supporting the payroll cycle, maintaining data quality, and helping drive improvements through automation and AI, while collaborating with IT, Payroll, and Procurement teams from the Gloucester office.

Qualifications

• Experience managing HR administration across the employee lifecycle.
• Strong data accuracy and quality checks in HR data.
• Experience supporting payroll inputs and benefits administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR administration across the employee lifecycle.
• Act as Sage People SME to support HR colleagues and managers.
• Coordinate payroll inputs and benefits data for monthly processing.
• Produce HR reports and manage system guidance and resources.
