Claranet is seeking an HR & Systems Coordinator for a 12 month fixed-term contract in Gloucester. You will manage HR administration across the employee lifecycle and act as the Sage People SME, supporting data quality, benefits, payroll inputs and reporting.

The role focuses on accuracy, responsiveness and continuous improvement of HR systems and processes, with opportunities to explore automation and AI to enhance efficiency and the employee experience.

Qualifications

• Practical HR administration across the employee lifecycle in a busy HR team.
• Strong experience using an HR information system and supporting users.
• Experience maintaining employee records and data-quality checks.
• Good understanding of confidentiality and UK GDPR.
• Experience producing regular and ad hoc HR reports and payroll inputs.
• Interest in automation/AI to improve HR processes is desirable.
• CIPD Level 3 or equivalent practical HR experience is desirable.
• Strong Excel skills including filters, lookups, pivots and data validation.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality HR administration across the employee lifecycle.
• Act as the HR team's subject-matter expert and Sage People super user.
• Support benefits administration and payroll inputs.
• Produce HR reports and MI to support decisions
• Coordinate UK benefits and maintain relationships with providers
• Maintain up-to-date process guidance and system resources
