Job summary

Navantia Uk is seeking a skilled HR Business Analyst to partner with HR, IT and delivery teams. You will drive process improvements across the employee lifecycle, translate business needs into requirements, and support HR systems enhancements with data-driven insights.

You will analyse workforce data, define reporting requirements and contribute to change readiness and adoption activities to maximise HR operational value.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification in Business Analysis, HR, Information Systems or related field.
• Experience in business analysis, process improvement, HR transformation or HR systems.
• Experience gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements.
• Strong understanding of process mapping, continuous improvement and change management.
• Experience supporting HR systems or digital transformation initiatives.
• Ability to analyse data, identify trends and provide insights.
• Experience supporting testing, implementation and adoption of changes.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR process owners and stakeholders to review and improve end-to-end HR processes.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, workflows, reports and automation.
• Define data requirements and validation criteria to support system improvements.
• Develop process flows, user stories and impact assessments.
• Support solution evaluation and contribute to business cases as needed.
• Coordinate with HR, IT and delivery teams to ensure requirements are understood and delivered.
