Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification in Business Analysis, HR, Information Systems or related field.
• Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement, HR transformation or HR systems roles.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Review and improve end-to-end HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and system changes.
• Support HR systems enhancements and change adoption.
• Coordinate with HR, IT and delivery teams to implement improvements.
