The role involves testing upgrades, resolving issues, and identifying automation opportunities to improve workflows and user experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, Business Systems, Human Resources, or related field or extensive equivalent experience.
• Experience in support and administration of enterprise HR systems, payroll, or workforce management.

Responsibilities
