Job summary

Imperial College London is looking for a proactive HR Systems Support specialist to help manage the Division’s use of ICIS and other HR tools. You will handle user queries, assist with testing and upgrades, and contribute to data cleansing to improve accuracy and reporting.

Working closely with the People Function and ICT, you will support annual HR processes, maintain system guidance, and help ensure a reliable, customer‑focused service. This is a full‑time fixed‑term role until July 2027.

Qualifications

• Experience working with HR or people data systems.
• Ability to handle confidential information in line with GDPR.
• Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT) and system improvements.
• Experience supporting data preparation for ERP migrations.

Responsibilities

• Support the People Systems Manager in the operational management of HR systems.
• Provide user support and resolve system issues promptly.
• Participate in UAT for upgrades and new functionality.
• Assist in data audits and cleansing to improve data quality.
• Coordinate auditing and cleansing of HR data for ERP migration readiness.
