Motability Operations Ltd. is seeking an experienced HR Systems & Enablement professional to drive automation across recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle processes.

You will work across HRIS and ATS platforms to design, test and implement practical workflow improvements that reduce manual activity, improve data quality and governance, and deliver a scalable, user-focused service. You will collaborate with HR Operations, Talent Acquisition and key stakeholders to translate requirements

Qualifikationen

• Automation and workflow improvements experience.
• Configure HRIS/ATS and related systems.
• Power Automate hands-on experience.
• Experience producing reports and dashboards.
• Strong data quality and accuracy.
• Good governance and change control awareness.

Aufgaben

• Build, test and implement workflow automations and system improvements, with a focus on HRIS and ATS processes.
• Support day-to-day administration and optimisation of core HR systems including reports and dashboards.
• Translate business requirements into practical workflow and system improvements with stakeholders.
• Configure and support digital forms, workflows and related system changes with governance in mind.
• Deliver HRIS and ATS improvements across onboarding, recruitment and employee lifecycle administration.
• Use Power Automate and related tools to automate HR processes and improve efficiency.
• Create and maintain process documentation, testing records and SOPs to support control and adoption.
