Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Manchester is seeking an HR systems specialist for a 6-month FTC, focusing on IRIS/CASCADE systems, HR reporting, and data-led insights for the Exec team.

You will develop user guides and train managers, deliver timely papers, and work at pace to meet high demands within a busy HR operations function.

Qualifications

• Systems expertise in IRIS/CASCADE.
• HR operational background with CIPD Level 5.
• Ability to provide Power BI datasets and executive insights.
• Experience delivering user guides and training materials.
• Comfort working under high pace and demand.

Responsibilities

• Systems expertise in IRIS/CASCADE
• HR operational background – moved into HR systems and reporting as a specialism – CIPD Level 5
• Able to use Provide data sets in Power BI Dashboard/ can provide good insights and develop papers to Exec team
• Can deliver user guides train new colleagues / managers
• Can work with pace and high demands
