Job summary

Adecco is seeking a HR Systems and Reporting Coordinator to manage the HRIT system and develop reporting capabilities. You will create interactive dashboards and automated reports, supporting data quality and compliance across the organisation.

The role requires expertise in HR systems, Power BI reporting, and knowledge of UK statutory reporting. A proactive, detail-oriented individual will thrive in this fixed-term post and contribute to process improvements within the People and Culture

Qualifications

• Proven experience in developing Power BI reporting.
• In-depth understanding of HR systems and data reporting.
• CIPP Level 5 qualification or nearing completion.

Responsibilities

• Act as the lead coordinator for the HRIT system, ensuring effective maintenance and administration.
• Manage data and reporting within the People and Culture directorate, producing KPI data and bespoke reports to meet regular organisational needs.
• Develop dashboards and continuously improve system workflows and automation.
• Conduct audits of the HRIT system, researching and implementing best practises.
• Create process documentation to train colleagues on effective reporting delivery.
• Coach HR colleagues on KPI and reporting processes, ensuring adherence to UK legal requirements.
• Serve as the SME for HR systems and reporting, addressing queries in a timely manner.
• Provide data for statutory reporting, including ONS surveys.
• Support the development and enhancement of HR operational processes and controls.
• Engage in ad hoc project work and support the wider team.

Job Title: HR Systems and Reporting Coordinator (IRIS Cascade experience essential)
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract (6 Months)

Our client is seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Systems and Reporting Coordinator to join their dynamic team for a fixed-term contract of 6 months. This role is pivotal in ensuring the effective use of the HRIT system and enhancing reporting capabilities within the organisation. Role Purpose:

The successful candidate will lead the effective use of the HRIT system, collaborating closely with IT, IIP, and People and Culture colleagues to enhance workflows, reporting, and system adoption. This role will support the organisation's goals by developing innovative reporting solutions, such as interactive dashboards and automated reports, while ensuring compliance with operational and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the lead coordinator for the HRIT system, ensuring effective maintenance and administration.
• Manage data and reporting within the People and Culture directorate, producing KPI data and bespoke reports to meet regular organisational needs.
• Develop dashboards and continuously improve system workflows and automation.
• Conduct audits of the HRIT system, researching and implementing best practises.
• Create process documentation to train colleagues on effective reporting delivery.
• Coach HR colleagues on KPI and reporting processes, ensuring adherence to UK legal requirements.
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for HR systems and reporting, addressing queries in a timely manner.
• Provide data for statutory reporting, including ONS surveys.
• Support the development and enhancement of HR operational processes and controls.
• Engage in ad hoc project work and support the wider team.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in developing Power BI reporting.
• In-depth understanding of HR systems.
• CIPP Level 5 qualified or nearing completion.
• Experience in producing tailored reports from HRIT systems and working with dashboards.
• Strong verbal communication skills and active listening abilities.
• Mathematical proficiency for calculating KPIs.
• High level of computer literacy, especially in Excel (including VLOOKUP) and payroll software such as IRIS Cascade.
• A self-motivated individual with excellent organisational skills to meet deadlines.
• Initiative and ambition to pursue professional development, including training in HRIT systems and reporting.
