Job summary

South Africa Tempest Resourcing is seeking an experienced HR Systems & Reporting Coordinator for a six-month fixed-term contract in Manchester. The role focuses on IRIS Cascade HR systems, data quality, and producing insightful HR reports and dashboards.

The ideal candidate has hands-on IRIS Cascade experience, Power BI skills, and a strong operational HR background, with a CIPD qualification and excellent stakeholder management. A fixed-term contract with a competitive salary is offered.

Qualifications

• Strong operational HR background across the employee lifecycle.
• Experience specialising in HR systems, reporting, management information or people data.
• Experience developing reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Excellent data accuracy, governance and reporting.
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as the lead coordinator and subject-matter expert for IRIS Cascade and HR systems.
• Produce monthly HR KPIs, management information and workforce reports.
• Develop and maintain bespoke HR reports and interactive Power BI dashboards.
• Provide clear commentary, insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Lead or support HR systems audits and implement recommendations.
• Deliver systems and reporting training to new colleagues and managers.
