British Airways is seeking a Senior People Systems Solutions Lead to shape and govern the future of our HR technology landscape, with Oracle Fusion HCM at its core. You will drive architecture decisions, partner with HR, Product, Cyber Security and Data teams, and lead initiatives across the People function to maximise value from our Oracle investment.

Qualifications

• Experience in HRIS or enterprise technology transformation.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.
• Strong understanding of system integrations, data flows and governance.

Responsibilities

• Act as architecture authority for Oracle Fusion HCM and People Technology.
• Lead scalable, secure, integrated technology designs across the People function.
• Translate business requirements into sustainable technology solutions.
• Shape roadmaps with Product Owners and HRIS teams.
• Govern application, integration, data and security architecture.
