Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.

Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.

The new team has three locations: Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany), considered one of the most modern in Europe; the Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland), known for innovative technologies; and the Sauber Motorsport Technical Center in the UK, operational this year. Our Power Unit is developed in Neuburg, while Hinwil focuses on chassis and race operations.

What you need? The mindset of an athlete. If giving up isn’t an option and limits are just challenges to overcome, you can bring Vorsprung durch Technik to Formula 1 with us. Join this unique project and make motorsport history. This position is based at Sauber in Hinwil, Switzerland.

Your mission

  1. Serve as the point of contact for employees regarding approvals, social insurance, and time tracking.
  2. Create and manage employment contracts in collaboration with HR business partners.
  3. Record illness and accident data, coordinate with external parties, and maintain the time tracking system.
  4. Plan and execute the monthly Welcome Event for new employees.
  5. Organize exit interviews and prepare reference letters.
  6. Support payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely salary payments.
  7. Participate in the creation and optimization of HR processes.
  8. Maintain high quality and accuracy of HR data, including employee information updates.
  9. Assist in HR projects and contribute to the implementation of company strategy.

Your profile

  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar HR role.
  2. Good knowledge of Swiss labor law and social security systems.
  3. Independent, detail-oriented, and reliable work approach.
  4. Experience with SAP, preferably SAP Fiori, and Personio.
  5. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
  6. Strong IT affinity, especially for upcoming digitalization projects.
  7. Excellent service orientation and ability to work with an international team.
  8. Fluent in English and German.
