Job summary

Salt is seeking an HR Specialist to support enterprise, large-scale corporate functions. Start ASAP on a 3-month contract, with 2 on-site days per week in London or Reading.

You will partner with HRBPs and deliver across reward, talent & development, employee relations, culture, and inclusion initiatives. Responsibilities include enabling the people agenda, organisation design, cost forecasting, and ensuring legal compliance in employee relations while collaborating with stakeholders to drive

• Previous experience in a generalist HR role.
• Knowledge of generalist HR principles and practices.
• Understanding of employment-related regulations and legislation.

Responsibilities

• Support organisational design and change execution, including integration programmes and structural transitions.
• Support employment cost forecasting and budgeting
• Support employee relations cases, ensuring legal compliance and business continuity.
• Align cross-functional HR priorities, frameworks, and initiatives to enable consistent delivery and impact.
• Champion inclusive practices and cultural transformation.
• Collaborate with Centres of Expertise to embed consistent policies and frameworks.
• Support the execution of strategic workforce planning and talent initiatives.

HR SPECIALIST (Enterprise, large-scale corporate)

Start ASAP 3 months £300-£350 pd Inside IR35 (Umbrella) 2 days a week on-site (London or Reading)

As HR Specialist you will be accountable for supporting the delivery of all central HR activities into a business function. Supporting the Business Partners and delivery across reward, talent & development, employee relations, culture & engagement, diversity & inclusion initiatives. Providing guidance to managers and employees while collaborating with HRBPs and other stakeholders.
