Job summary

Xpand Group in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced HR Specialist to support delivery of central HR activities across a large-scale function. You will partner with HRBPs and managers, focusing on reward, talent and development, employee relations, culture and inclusion initiatives.

You will provide guidance to line managers, ensure regulatory compliance, and help drive workforce planning and policy implementation across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in a generalist HR role.
• Knowledge of HR processes and employment regulations.
• Ability to guide managers and employees.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of the functional people plans aligned to the broader people agenda.
• Support organisational design and change execution, including integration programmes and structural transitions.
• Support employment cost forecasting and budgeting
• Support employee relations cases, ensuring legal compliance and business continuity.
• Align cross-functional HR priorities, frameworks, and initiatives to enable consistent delivery and impact.
• Champion inclusive practices and cultural transformation.
• Collaborate with Centres of Expertise to embed consistent policies and frameworks.
• Support the execution of strategic workforce planning and talent initiatives.

HR SPECIALIST

(Enterprise, large-scale corporate)

• £300-£350 pd
• Inside IR35 (Umbrella)
• 2 days a week on-site (London or Reading)

As HR Specialist you will be accountable for supporting the delivery of all central HR activities into a business function. Supporting the Business Partners and delivery across reward, talent & development, employee relations, culture & engagement, diversity & inclusion initiatives. Providing guidance to managers and employees while collaborating with HRBPs and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:
