Job summary

Harvey Nash Group is seeking an experienced HR Business Adviser for a 6-month contract in Edinburgh. The role is mostly onsite with two days on site per week. You will handle employee relations matters and provide expert HR guidance to managers, shaping people strategies in a large organisation.

You will use workforce data to inform decisions, attend management meetings, and collaborate with the HR team to promote consistent practices and best in class people support.

Qualifications

• Proven employee relations case management experience.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and complex people issues with sound judgement.
• Experience analysing workforce data and identifying trends.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• CIPD qualified, accredited, or working towards qualification.
• Experience supporting HR policy development and review.
