Job summary

Harvey Nash Plc is seeking an experienced HR Business Adviser for a 6-month contract in Edinburgh with 2 days on-site.

You will manage a varied employee relations caseload, provide expert HR advice to managers, and work across the HR function to ensure consistent practices.

Qualifications

• Proven employee relations case management experience.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
