Job summary

HPFT in England is seeking an enthusiastic, experienced Employee Relations specialist to join the Employee relations team. You will provide operational HR support to designated areas and advise managers on attendance management, grievances, disciplinary and performance matters, ensuring advice aligns with policies and current employment law.

You will act as the main contact for casework and operational issues, including change management, interpretation of employment legislation, and development

• Extensive experience in Employee Relations management.
