• Provide a client-focused HR service across the employee lifecycle.
• Guide and support people on Workday HR, promoting self-service capability.
• Ensure timely payroll data, data accuracy and follow-up on enquiries.
• Collaborate with HR teams to drive consistency and process improvements.
