Job summary

Ordnance Survey is seeking an HR Services Coordinator on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role is full-time with hybrid working in Southampton, offering a salary of £25,425 - £29,663 depending on experience.

You will deliver first-line HR support to colleagues, navigating Workday and supporting payroll, leave, terms and conditions, benefits, policies and procedures. You’ll contribute to HR improvements and work on various projects within the HR Delivery team.

Qualifications

• Proven HR experience and understanding of HR processes and best practices.
• Strong customer service mindset delivering high-quality support to internal stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Clear, confident communicator across multiple channels.
• Experience using HR systems; Workday is an advantage.
• Proactive in improving processes and ways of working.
• Comfortable working with data and HR metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage inbound HR queries via Workday Help, ensuring timely responses.
• Deliver efficient HR services by administering core processes, including pay-related elements in Workday.
• Ensure data accuracy by updating information in Workday and SharePoint portals.
• Identify areas for continuous improvement and share findings with the team.
• Provide HR metrics and insights to address business queries.
