• Strong HRIS expertise and payroll knowledge.
• Proven track record delivering process improvements and automation.
• Ability to build service-focused teams and accountability.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into actions.
• Cross-functional collaboration across HR, Finance, IT and business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own roadmap for HR Services technology and service delivery improvements.
• Lead HR systems, administration, analytics and performance.
• Drive automation and self-service to simplify colleague experiences.
• Build scalable processes and maintain high service quality.
• Partner with stakeholders to inform decision-making and planning.
