We're now looking for an HR Services Manager to support this transformation. This is an to shape how HR supports every stage of the colleague journey, bringing together HR systems, payroll, people data, HR administration and improvement into one high-performing, modern, customer-focused service.

The O Reporting to the Chief People and Transformation Officer, you will sit on the People Leadership Team.

You’ll lead a team responsible for HR systems, administration, analytics and service delivery whilst ensuring the function is scalable, and fit for future growth.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Developing and delivering the HR Services
  • Modernising HR operations through automation, workflow improvements and self-service.
  • Creating simple, scalable and highly effective employee and manager experiences.
  • Driving improvement across processes, systems and service delivery.
  • Leading HR administration, HR systems and people analytics.
  • Using data and insight to improve decision-making and business performance.
  • Building a service culture focused on quality and accountability.

You’ll own the roadmap for HR Services technology, automation and service delivery improvement, removing friction from colleague processes and ensuring managers have the tools, systems and support they need to succeed.

We're looking for a specialist who combines strategic thinking with operational excellence and can bring:

  • Significant leadership experience across HR Operations, HR Shared Services or People Services.
  • Accountability for HR systems, service delivery and operational performance.
  • Experience driving improvement, process simplification and automation.
  • A track record of building service-focused teams and embedding accountability.
  • Strong HR systems and HRIS expertise, including self-service and workflow technologies.
  • The ability to use data and insight to identify problems, influence decisions and improve outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work across HR, Finance, IT and business leadership teams.
  • You’ll be someone who loves making complex processes simpler.
  • Sees technology as an enabler, not just a system.
  • Builds trust quickly and leads with clarity.
  • Balances strategic thinking with strong operational delivery.
  • Is about creating a great colleague experience whilst improving control and service quality.
