• Proven experience within a generalist HR environment at Advisor level or above.
• Strong employee relations knowledge with practical case management.
• Good understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience using HR systems and HRIS platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities.
• Provide expert advice to managers on employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence management.
• Support investigations, hearings, and resolution of employee relations issues.
• Ensure HR policies and practices remain compliant with employment legislation.
• Assist with payroll administration, benefits coordination, and employee documentation.
• Support performance review processes and career development initiatives.
• Drive learning, development, and employee engagement programmes.
• Produce HR reports and people metrics for key stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with managers and employees across the organisation.

The RoleAs an

HR Senior Advisor, you'll provide expert HR support across the UK business, partnering with managers and employees on a wide range of people-related matters. You'll work closely with regional and global HR colleagues to deliver proactive, commercially focused HR solutions while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies.

This is a broad and varied role encompassing employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, compliance, and people development.

• Proven experience within a generalist HR environment, ideally at Advisor level or above.


• Strong employee relations knowledge and practical case management experience.


• Good understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


• Experience working within a corporate or multinational business.


• Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.


• Experience using HR systems and HRIS platforms.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Business, or a related discipline.


• CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential.
