Barker Ross Group is seeking an HR Advisor to accelerate your HR career in a multinational environment, based from a Brixton office with travel to South East and Kent sites. You’ll partner with senior leaders, shape workplace culture, and build your HR expertise in a fast-paced setting.

You’ll work closely with the HR Business Partner and leaders, providing hands-on support, handling employee relations, guiding investigations, and ensuring compliant, fair people practices across multiple sites.

What You'll Be Doing

Working closely with the HR Business Partner and senior leadership teams, you will:

• Act as a trusted advisor to managers, providing hands-on, pragmatic HR support across multiple sites


• Play a key role in employee relations, leading investigations and guiding managers through complex cases with confidence and integrity


• Ensure a fair, consistent, and compliant approach to people management aligned with best practice and company values


• Support the delivery of people initiatives that drive engagement, performance, and organisational growth


• Partner with hiring managers to attract top talent


• Coach managers on effective onboarding and induction, setting teams up for long-term success
