Why This Role?

As the organisation continues to expand, the HR function plays a pivotal role in enabling success. You'll be at the heart of that journey-supporting strategic growth while gaining exposure to complex HR challenges and real career progression opportunities within a multinational business.

Based from the Lutterworth office, you'll also have the opportunity to travel across multiple sites building strong, credible relationships with senior leadership teams and influencing outcomes on the ground. No two days will be the same.

What You’ll Be Doing

Working closely with the HR Business Partner and senior leadership teams, you will:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers, providing hands-on, pragmatic HR support across multiple sites
  • Play a key role in employee relations, leading investigations and guiding managers through complex cases with confidence and integrity

Performance and potential are recognised and rewarded-this is a true meritocracy where your contribution drives your progression.

The organisation also holds a Gold EcoVadis rating, placing it in the top 5% of over 150,000 companies globally for sustainability, ethics, and social responsibility-so you can be proud of the business you represent.

Who We’re Looking For

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and is serious about building a long-term HR career.

You will bring:

  • Proven experience in a generalist HR role, with strong employee relations expertise
  • Confidence in leading investigations and handling complex, sensitive matters
  • A proactive, resilient, and solutions-focused mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
  • A hands-on, pragmatic approach and a genuine passion for people
  • CIPD Level 5 - degree education will make you stand out further
