Barker Ross is recruiting an HR Advisor to support a multinational organisation from its Chorley office. You will partner with senior leaders, influence workplace culture, and drive HR initiatives across multiple sites.
Based in Chorley with travel to other sites, you will handle employee relations, investigations, onboarding, and people initiatives to fuel engagement and growth. CIPD Level 5 is valued; degree holders stand out.
