This is a 12-month FTC starting end of October 2026

The role

high-level administrative and executive support to the Chief Culture Officer, ensuring the smooth and effective coordination of daily priorities, communications, meetings, travel and confidential matters.

The role also requires project and programme coordination support for the Chief Culture Officer's culture and philanthropic initiatives, requiring the ability to manage data, communications and logistics independently across multiple concurrent workstreams and be a point of contact for the Culture team.

Location: London

What you’ll be doing

A few of the key responsibilities in this role:

  • Manage and maintain the Chief Culture Officer's diary, proactively prioritising commitments and ensuring effective use of time

  • Support projects, events and culture-related initiatives as required, ensuring actions are tracked and delivered
  • Coordinate progress updates and reporting across all philanthropic and culture programmes
  • Build and maintain data trackers and dashboards (in Excel, PPT or AI tools) to monitor programme progress, applications, and campaign performance
What we’re looking for

We foster a culture of winning together, and we work hard to ensure everyone is supported to succeed. To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of working in a senior executive environment
  • Experience of working in a global organisation supporting teams across different countries
