Job summary

This office-based position suits a proactive HR professional looking to develop generalist experience in a fast-paced environment, with strong emphasis on ownership of key HR processes from day one.

Qualifications

• Experience in an HR Coordinator/Officer/Advisor role.
• Experience supporting employee relations matters (absence, disciplinary, grievance).
• Experience coordinating recruitment (candidates, scheduling).
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; attention to detail.
• Good working knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activity for vacancies from advertising to onboarding.
• Coordinate onboarding, probation reviews and HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Provide first-line HR guidance to managers and employees; escalate when needed.
• Manage HR inbox, contracts, offer letters and records; payroll changes.
• Support absence management, projects, and HR policy reviews.
• Assist with office operations and internal events.
