Confidential in Gloucester is seeking a HR & Recruitment Administrator to join the team on a full-time basis. You will support recruitment and employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to offboarding, coordinating interviews and maintaining records.
Hybrid or flexible working is not specified; you will be the first point of contact for new starters and help ensure documentation is prepared and records are accurate. Immediate starts preferred by some employers.
Our client based in the heart of Gloucester have an exciting opportunity for a HR & Recruitment Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis.
Working closely with the wider team, you will provide administrative support across recruitment and the employee lifecycle, including interview coordination, onboarding, induction, employee records and offboarding. You will also act as a key point of contact for new starters, ensuring documentation and resources are prepared and records are kept accurately.
Previous recruitment experience for this role is essential, however, training on company processes and policies will be offered. Individuals who may be able to offer immediate starts preferred (non-essential).
Hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: Up to£28,430depending on experience+ 25 days holiday + bank holidays + Christmas shutdown (not taken out of your allocation)
