Job summary

Liberty Recruitment Group is partnering with a global organisation to recruit an experienced HR Project Manager for a 24-month FTC. You will lead a portfolio of HR and business transformation projects, including TUPE activity, systems upgrades, and onboarding improvements, collaborating with stakeholders across the organisation to drive change.

The role requires strong project leadership, HR systems knowledge, and excellent stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading HR and/or business transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of HR systems, tech implementations and processes.
• Experience running multiple projects with competing priorities.
• Solid understanding of TUPE and employee transfers.
• Excellent planning, organisation and stakeholder management.
• Analytical and proactive problem-solver with a collaborative approach.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• CIPD/PRINCE2 qualifications are an advantage but not essential.

South London Hybrid Working (Minimum 3 Days in the Office) Circa £85,000 DOE 24-Month FTC

Our client is a rapidly growing business with an established presence across five continents and a reputation for innovation and excellence.

Due to an exciting period of transformation, they are seeking a highly experienced HR Project Manager to join their team on a 24-month FTC.

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a portfolio of high-profile HR and business transformation projects, including TUPE activity, HR systems upgrades, and recruitment and onboarding improvements. Working with stakeholders across the organisation, you will play a key role in driving change and delivering projects that support the business's continued growth and success.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading and delivering a portfolio of HR and business transformation projects from inception through to successful completion
• Managing projects relating to TUPE, HR systems implementation and enhancement, recruitment processes, and onboarding improvements
• Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and governance documentation
• Working closely with internal stakeholders and external providers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
• Driving change management initiatives and supporting the successful adoption of new systems and processes
• Leading workforce transition and TUPE-related projects, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practice
• Monitoring project progress, identifying risks and issues, and implementing effective mitigation strategies
• Producing regular project updates and reports for senior stakeholders and leadership teams
• Building strong relationships across the business and acting as a trusted advisor on project-related activity
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall employee experience

About You

• Proven experience managing HR and/or business transformation projects within a complex organisation
• Strong knowledge of HR systems, technology implementations, process improvements, or organisational change programmes
• Experience leading multiple projects simultaneously and managing competing priorities
• Sound knowledge of TUPE regulations and employee transfer processes
• Excellent project planning, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and third-party suppliers
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
• CIPD, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management qualifications would be advantageous but are not essential
