Job summary

Liberty Recruitment Group is partnering with a global organisation to recruit an experienced HR Project Manager for a 24-month FTC. You will lead a portfolio of HR and business transformation projects, including TUPE activity, systems upgrades, and onboarding improvements, collaborating with stakeholders across the organisation to drive change.

The role requires strong project leadership, HR systems knowledge, and excellent stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading HR and/or business transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of HR systems, tech implementations and processes.
• Experience running multiple projects with competing priorities.
• Solid understanding of TUPE and employee transfers.
• Excellent planning, organisation and stakeholder management.
• Analytical and proactive problem-solver with a collaborative approach.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• CIPD/PRINCE2 qualifications are an advantage but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of HR and business transformation projects from inception to delivery.
• Manage TUPE, HR systems upgrades and recruitment onboarding improvements.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets and governance docs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external providers to deliver on time and scope.
• Drive change management and system adoption initiatives.
• Oversee workforce transition and TUPE-related activities in line with employment law.
• Monitor progress, risks and issues; implement mitigation strategies.
• Provide regular project updates to senior leadership.
• Build relationships across the business and advise on project activity.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and employee experience.
