Job summary

AWE is looking for a Process Improvement and Change Specialist to join the HR Service Improvement team in Reading. The role supports hybrid working, with three days on site in a long week and two days on site in a short week, plus a 9-day working fortnight and flexible arrangements where possible.

You will deliver process and systems changes as part of the HR Digital Roadmap, leading HR change and improvement projects, focusing on operational readiness, adoption and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HR change and improvement projects, focusing on operational readiness, change management and adoption.
• Ability to coordinate SME input and engage stakeholders at the right times.
• Proven track record delivering change through design, build, testing and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Drive forward the programme area from a business perspective.
• Coordinate SME input and ensure stakeholders are engaged at the right time.
• Consolidate feedback into a single, aligned business position.
• Drive timely decisions and escalate issues when needed.
• Lead changes through design, build, test and implementation.
• Review and sign off key deliverables and design outputs.
• Ensure required business inputs (process detail, data, business rules) are provided.
• Support business readiness, change management and adoption of changes.
