Job summary

AWE is recruiting a HR Process Improvement and Change Specialist to join the Service Improvement Team in Reading. The role focuses on delivering HR process and systems changes as part of the HR Digital Roadmap, with hybrid working and flexible hours.

You will lead change initiatives, coordinate SME input, and ensure alignment across stakeholders while driving readiness and adoption of new ways of working.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HR change and improvement projects.
• Experience with HR systems such as Workday and ServiceNow.
• Good stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage projects using a structured approach.

Responsibilities

• Drive programme work from a business perspective.
• Coordinate SME input and engage stakeholders at the right times.
• Consolidate feedback into a single aligned business position.
• Drive changes through design, build, test and implementation.
• Review deliverables and design outputs for sign-off.
• Ensure business inputs (process detail, data, rules) are provided.
• Support business readiness, change management and adoption of changes.
• Be the focal point for external partners when required.
