Job summary

Verve seeks a Senior Manager, HR Process Excellence to drive design, optimisation and continuous improvement of HR processes across the Verve Group. As SME, you will partner with HR leadership to identify opportunities to simplify and scale across the employee lifecycle.

This temp-to-perm role offers a hybrid setup with three days a week in our London Covent Garden office. You will lead end-to-end process assessment, design and implementation, develop business cases, and oversee changes that are

Qualifications

• Significant experience in HR process improvement, change management/transformation.
• Demonstrable experience leading end-to-end process improvement initiatives within a global, rapidly growing organisation.
• Strong understanding of HR processes across multiple areas of the employee lifecycle.
• Experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously, from initial assessment through to implementation and benefits realisation.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with credibility to engage senior leaders.
• Knowledge of process excellence methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, value stream mapping and root cause analysis.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret operational data and measure improvements.
• Understanding of HR technology, workflow automation and digital self-service.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for HR process excellence and provide guidance across HR initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end assessment, design, redesign and optimisation of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities to reduce complexity, eliminate duplication and improve effectiveness and user experience.
• Challenge legacy processes and drive simplification and scalability.
• Lead and support multiple HR process improvement initiatives across HR priorities.
• Develop business cases, quantify benefits and define measurable success criteria.
• Oversee implementation of changes ensuring practical, scalable and simple solutions.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and act as a trusted adviser.
• Partner with HR Ops and Intelligence teams to identify automation opportunities and technology enablement.
• Promote data-driven decision making and use of digital HR solutions.
