Zusammenfassung

Verve is seeking a commercially minded Senior Manager, HR Process Excellence to drive design, optimisation and continuous improvement of HR processes across the Verve Group. You will partner with HR leadership to uncover opportunities and deliver simplicity and scalability across the employee lifecycle.

This temp-to-perm role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with three days per week in our London office in Covent Garden.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience in HR process improvement and transformation.
• Experience leading end-to-end process initiatives in a global, fast-growing org.
• Strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives from assessment to benefits.

• Act as SME for HR process excellence across the organisation.
• Lead design, redesign and optimisation of HR processes.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, scale and improve user experience.
• Develop business cases and measure benefits of improvements.
• Oversee implementation of changes ensuring scalability.
