Job summary

Dyfed Powys Police is seeking a People and OD Support (HR) Support to deliver HR admin services and support recruitment, selection and promotion. The role requires good customer service skills and the ability to communicate through Welsh to a level 3.

You will receive full initial training including enrolment to complete a formal CIPD qualification; there are generous leave entitlements, flexible/hybrid working, and staff support networks.

Qualifications

• Provide HR admin support including recruitment, selection and promotion.
• Develop knowledge on Employment legislation, Police Regulations and Police Staff Conditions of Service.
• Enrolment to complete a formal CIPD qualification.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR admin service on all people related matters, including recruitment, selection and promotion.
• Support HR processes and data management for staff throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Collaborate with HR partners to ensure timely and accurate information and case handling.
