Job summary

Pro-Connexions is seeking an HR Advisor / HR People Partner based in Solihull, with travel to build strong relationships with line managers and colleagues across locations. You will support and implement the People Strategy while providing HR guidance to ensure best practice and compliance with employment legislation.

You will bring proven experience advising on grievances, redundancies, disciplinaries, TUPE and tribunals, and you will manage ER caseloads while working to complete complex

Qualifications

• Proven experience advising on grievances, redundancies, disciplinaries, TUPE and employment tribunals.
• Experience managing Employee Relations (ER) caseloads to minimise business risk.
• CIPD qualification preferred; ability to complete complex projects quickly with urgency.
