Job summary

Pro-Connexions in Solihull is seeking an HR Advisor / HR People Partner / ER to support the People Strategy and deliver employment relations excellence. You will lead HR projects, provide guidance, and ensure compliance with employment legislation.

Successful candidates will handle grievances, redundancies, disciplinaries, TUPE and tribunals to minimise risk and manage ER caseloads, with strong organisational and problem-solving skills and ideally CIPD qualification.

Qualifications

• Experience providing HR guidance and support on employment relations matters.
• Ability to manage ER caseloads and advise on grievances, disciplinaries, redundancies.
• Knowledge of employment legislation and tribunals; CIPD qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR projects and provide HR guidance ensuring best practice and compliance.
• Support and implement People Strategy across sites with travel as needed.
