Clarion Insight Ltd, aCheltenham-based change consultancy, is seeking an HR/People Coordinator to support recruitment, onboarding, policy maintenance, and employee lifecycle activities. You will work closely with the Head of People and 55 colleagues, enabling compliant, efficient HR processes and positive employee experience.

You will contribute to payroll data coordination, policy updates, and group projects while growing your HR career in a growing business with hybrid working.

Qualifications

• Experience in an HR or People function.
• Experience supporting recruitment and working with hiring managers.
• Good working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience reviewing, updating or implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Understanding of employee lifecycle activities including onboarding and offboarding.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Builds positive working relationships across levels and communicates clearly.

Responsabilités

• Manage recruitment activity from vacancy advertising through to interviews and offers, coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
• Coordinate onboarding and employee lifecycle activities, including inductions, starters, leavers, and contract changes.
• Maintain accurate and confidential HR records and provide first-line HR support.
• Coordinate payroll-related people information and assist with data reporting.
• Review and update HR policies in line with UK law and company guidelines.
• Support delivery of people projects and wellbeing initiatives.
• Gather and analyse people data to support reporting and decision making.
• Assist internal People communications and cross-field process improvements.
