Job summary

Quadient is seeking an HR Operations Specialist for a 12-month FTC to deliver accurate HR administration and end-to-end employee lifecycle support in a hybrid UK role. You will maintain HRIS data, support payroll changes, manage pension and benefits, and provide guidance on HR policies to employees and managers.

The role requires experience with HR systems (Workday or similar), UK employment legislation, and strong Excel skills. A CIPD qualification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR administration and employee lifecycle processes.
• Strong understanding of HR systems and databases.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data reporting.
• Ability to manage confidential information appropriately.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• CIPD Level 3 or 5.
• Experience with payroll and benefits administration.

Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient, accurate HR administration and employee lifecycle processes.
• Guide employees and managers on HR policies and day-to-day people matters.
• Prepare employment contracts, offer letters and HR documentation.
• Ensure HRIS and payroll data accuracy across systems.
• Conduct right-to-work and pre-employment checks.
• Administer pension schemes and benefits including life assurance and wellbeing programs.
• Produce HR reports and people metrics; support system testing and process improvements.
• Maintain GDPR-compliant document retention and data submissions.
