Qualifications

• Generalist HR experience including employee relations, performance management and L&D.
• Solid understanding of UK employment legislation.
• Hands-on payroll experience with Moorepay and HRIS/HiBob/ATS.

Responsibilities

• Deliver RPM's people operations and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Act as a consultant on HR management for board and senior managers.
• Process employee data and provide advices/guidance.
• Manage recruitment, payroll, and benefits administration.
• Ensure HR policies and processes are up to date.
