Job summary

Frazer Jones is partnering with a growing global professional services organisation to recruit an HR Operations & Project Coordinator into its international HR team. You will own day-to-day HR operations across the UK and Europe and help drive global HR projects and system initiatives.

Key responsibilities include managing the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, maintaining records and HR systems, coordinating leave and GDPR compliance, and supporting cross-border HR processes

Qualifications

• Hands-on HR Operations / HR Administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of the UK employee lifecycle and HR practices.
• Experience in professional services.
• Solid HR systems, data and administrative capability.
• Knowledge of GDPR and HR compliance.
• Exposure to HR projects or transformation initiatives.
• Excellent organisation and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work independently within a global environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations across the UK and Europe.
• Support delivery of global HR projects and systems initiatives.
• Oversee onboarding through offboarding and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate leave, benefits, changes and background checks.
• Ensure UK/Europe HR compliance and GDPR adherence.
• Serve as first point of contact for routine queries.
• Coordinate HR milestones, actions and stakeholder updates.
• Collaborate with HR Operations, HRBPs, Payroll and Total Rewards globally.

Frazer Jones is partnering with a growing global professional services organisation to recruit an HR Operations & Project Coordinator into its international HR team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands‑on HR Operations professional looking to take ownership of the European employee lifecycle while gaining exposure to global HR projects, transformation and systems initiatives.

The role

You’ll be responsible for day-to-day HR Operations across the UK and Europe, alongside supporting the delivery of wider global HR projects.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing the employee lifecycle from onboarding through to offboarding
• Maintaining employee records, HR systems and documentation
• Coordinating leave, benefits, employee changes and background checks
• Supporting UK and European HR compliance and GDPR requirements
• Acting as a first point of contact for routine employee and manager queries
• Coordinating HR projects, milestones, actions and stakeholder updates
• Supporting HR systems, process improvement and transformation initiatives
• Partnering with HR Operations, HRBPs, Payroll and Total Rewards teams globally

About you

We’re looking for someone with:

• Strong, hands‑on HR Operations / HR Administration experience
• Good knowledge of the UK employee lifecycle and HR practices
• Previous experience within professional services
• Strong HR systems, data and administrative capability
• Working knowledge of GDPR and HR compliance
• Some exposure to HR projects, change or transformation
• Excellent organisation and stakeholder management skills
• Confidence working independently within a global and evolving environment

Experience across Ireland or wider Europe, HR transformation, systems implementation, benefits or post-acquisition integration would be advantageous.
