Job summary

Frazer Jones is recruiting an HR Operations & Project Coordinator to join its international HR team. This hands-on role covers the UK and Europe, owning the employee lifecycle and supporting global HR projects and systems initiatives.

You will manage onboarding through offboarding, maintain records, coordinate leaves and changes, and ensure GDPR compliance while working with HR Operations, HRBPs, Payroll and Total Rewards teams globally. Remote UK work is supported.

Qualifications

• Strong, hands-on HR Operations / HR Administration experience.
• Good knowledge of the UK employee lifecycle and HR practices.
• Previous experience within professional services.
• Strong HR systems, data and administrative capability.
• Working knowledge of GDPR and HR compliance.
• Some exposure to HR projects, change or transformation.
• Excellent organisation and stakeholder management skills.
• Confidence working independently within a global and evolving environment.

Remote, UK | £53,000-£65,000 + 10% Bonus

Frazer Jones is partnering with a growing global professional services organisation to recruit an HR Operations & Project Coordinator into its international HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands‑on HR Operations professional looking to take ownership of the European employee lifecycle while gaining exposure to global HR projects, transformation and systems initiatives.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for day-to-day HR Operations across the UK and Europe, alongside supporting the delivery of wider global HR projects.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing the employee lifecycle from onboarding through to offboarding
• Maintaining employee records, HR systems and documentation
• Coordinating leave, benefits, employee changes and background checks
• Supporting UK and European HR compliance and GDPR requirements

About you

We’re looking for someone with:
