Job summary

Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Limited is seeking an HR Operations Partner to join a small, dedicated HR team on a fixed-term contract until December 2027.

The role combines payroll administration with hands-on HR support for ~90 employees, reporting to the HR Manager. You will coordinate with stakeholders to deliver accurate payroll and HR processes, building strong relationships and ensuring a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

• Previous payroll processing experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organisational skills to manage workload and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end monthly payroll process for ~90 employees.
• Prepare payroll inputs for starters, leavers, absences and benefits.
• Review payroll reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Administer pension auto-enrolment processes.
• Maintain payroll records and employee data.
• Ensure HMRC compliance and payroll legislation.
• Respond to payroll queries in a timely manner.
• Support annual salary reviews and benefits renewals.
• Keep up to date with payroll legislation and best practice.
• Meet strict payroll deadlines and monthly schedules.
