As a trusted first point of contact for employees and managers, you will play a key role in ensuring payroll and HR processes are delivered accurately and efficiently. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you will have the opportunity to build strong relationships, contribute to a positive employee experience, and support a wide range of people-related activities.

We’re looking for an organised and approachable professional who enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering high-quality payroll and HR support. You’ll be comfortable managing a varied workload, balancing multiple priorities, and working both independently and collaboratively. With strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills, you’ll be confident building positive relationships, handling sensitive information with discretion, and providing a professional service to employees and managers alike.

  • Respond to employee payroll queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support annual salary review and employee benefit renewal processes.
  • Keep up to date with payroll and pensions legislation and best practice.
  • Work to strict payroll deadlines and monthly schedules.
Human Resources

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee benefit and pension queries.
  • Prepare employment-related documentation, including contractual change letters.
  • Maintain and audit employee personnel files and HR records.
  • Manage and maintain employee data within HR systems.
  • Monitor sickness absence records and maintain fit note documentation.
  • Administer the time and attendance system.
  • Support international employees relocating from our parent company in India, including visa support letters, accommodation arrangements, transport coordination and National Insurance applications.
  • Support the management of employee relations matters, including absence management, disciplinary processes and performance improvement plans.
  • Coordinate employee engagement and social events.
  • Provide guidance and training to managers on HR processes and compliance requirements.
  • Support the business in maintaining compliance with UK employment legislation.
Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage workload and meet deadlines.
