Heywood is seeking a detail-oriented People Partner to join the HR team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity Leave. You will manage payroll end-to-end, HRIS data integrity, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities in a hybrid setup.

You will also advise managers on employee relations, drive annual cycles, and partner with Recruitment to meet hiring needs while ensuring GDPR compliance and data protection.

Formación

• Experience with end-to-end payroll and generalist HR work in a fast-paced setting.
• Solid knowledge of UK employment law and payroll standards.
• Strong attention to detail and discretion with confidential data.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end payroll processing and monthly cycles.
• Handle employee changes: starters, leavers, salary changes, updates.
• Serve as Payroll/Benefits escalate point and liaise with Head of People/Finance.
• Provide frontline ER guidance and coach managers on processes.
